Thank you for your kind words, guys!
With this style I wanted to obtain a more natural feeling from a digital painting. I have a color pencil background that dates from school days, but let me say that I prefer to paint with Photoshop (dry media) or Painter (rough or soft pastels) brushes, as I can have more control over the overall look of the image.
I wish there were more people willing to use these brushes. The results are rewarding :)

De echo, tu imagen la habia visto hace como 3 años y medio en la portadda de una revista (que vendian en el museo Tamux en cd.Victoria) que hablaba acerca de la historieta en Mexico, y aunque los articulos eran demasiado interesantes, definitivamente tu arte en la portada fue lo que me llamo y por lo que decidi comprarla, a pesar que no recuerdo el nombre de la publicacion, aun la tengo y le echare una buscada...
definitivamente un gran trabajo a la altura de lo mejor en cgsocierty :thumbsup: y el toque Mexicano lo hace bastante singular...

Gracias por tus comentarios. La revista se llama Generación, y curiosamente, jamás vi un ejemplar impreso, pues no tuve contacto directo con el director de la revista. Fue através de un amigo mutuo que se hizo el contacto. Bueno, ¡por lo menos sé que la portada le gustó a alguien!
