Might I suggest letting your textures do a lot more of the work - like the muscle mass and the like can be painted on. Low poly models are a bit of a trade off between polys and textures - the knees look way too low as well.
If your app allows it, box modelling is a good way to go for low poly models, plus you can get some fantastic results from it.

his arms apear to be to thin for his torso. his torso is too thick
also i looks like his proportion might be off.
