I got stuck!

My model was an editable spline at first and was then converted into a mesh (max5), but a couple of faces got lost (donīt know if it was me or the conversion process..) and some I deleted myself because I want to fix the geometry (the hole on the image) so I need to replace the missing edges somehow to get the faces back.

Is there a way like doing it with an editable spline, where I can create lines, vertices and easily connect vertices? It just donīt work with the mesh and one cannot reconvert it into an editable spline..

I spent all afternoon yesterday digging through the manual and all morning today on cgtalk, but couldnīt find a solution :cry:

Try cap holes modifier first. If that doesn't help, you can allways create those missing faces manually. If it's an editable mesh, just go to the facelevel and build some new faces. ok?

Hope this was the proplem...

just to clarify for the noobs;
polygon level / create button - then click around the verticies to make a new face, kinda like 'connect the dots'
