Kind of undecided as to whether to do a character or HQ, though I definitely need to practice my character skills.
I think my basic premise will be a villain of limited means; no armies of henchmen, no giant weapons of destruction, and no huge isolated retreat; just their dangerously low budget equivalents.

Having been made redundant for the upteenth time, Joe Normal's borderline schizophrenic :insane: personality can't take it any more... P45 is born, and swears vengance on the corporate rat-race that killed his spirit and messed up his 0% finance repayments, really badly.
