just something I've been fooling around with, I intend to give him like broken,chipped poor looking armor/shield/sword and detials and such.

anatomy seem ok, waist line might be a bit too high.
polyflow is good too but seem a bit eraticin the face area.
Do you have a concept for this character ? it might be good to compare to it.
seem like a good start.

some quick updates on suggestions, added mroe wires to face, and moved waist down.

and no I have no reference images, I'm going purly on imagination. like I said, It's just practice.

I'd recommend putting a couple more loops around the shoulders. You could add some more definition, but what it's really nessecary for is deformation. With so little geometry there, his shoulders will be a pain in the a$$ to rig.
