looking good.. i suggest though to drop those spheres and rather put in a realistic background instead...
looks like you generated that hdri as well ???

the hdri is the famous kitchen taken from the light probe site.......
I've used cinema 4d 7 but it fakes the hdri in a wonderfull way!!

oh. i never really noticed the camera that visible in that kitchen light probe..
doesnt c4d 8.1 natively support hdri ??? i heard its quite fast as well

Just a quick question - is that an adapted version of Urusei Yatsura on the zippo (better known as Lum)?

Stimpy, yes, cinema 4d 8 support the hdr format.
FallenSwordsman, no, I've modelled the zippo by myself, I don't know this Lum but now I'm going to have a look in google

Nice image, but I would increase the amount of GI samples or whatever they're called to get rid of those blotches... they're REALLY distracting and don't do the scene very good...
Nice setup, too bad the sampling kinda ruins it...
