Looks like an early rip off of something Meats Meyer would do (sorry if I mispelled your name Meats)

Looks like the circle things that I have to draw with the human figures for life drawing@@. Anyway, good design!>

Hmm.... I would never rip anything off deliberately... Who's that guy you're talking about, and could you give me some link to a gallery or something? This I gotta see :D

Wait, hold that order! I made a quick search here and found him (it's Meats Meiers btw)... He sure has a lot of wire going! But don't worry, this isn't going to end up really looking like that, thank you very much... But honestly, I never make rip-offs (unless explicitly stated as a copy or master-study, but I've never made any=) so could you please confirm that you didn't mean it really serious in a bad way, Hickory2.5?

Didn't mean it in a bad way at all. Just pointing it out. Gives you the opportunity to research what I am talking about before continuing. Sorry i didn't get to post a link before you found him. I really love that guys work. Yours has my interest though...would like to see more.

Thank you for clearing that up. And it's apparent that Mr Meiers has an incredible eye for weird designs and details. Stunning stuff...

Luckily I wasn't heading in that direction - there's absolutely nothing that can ruin a day like when you discover that your "grand new idea" (sort-of) already has been used a zillion times by someone you just didn't know about...:surprised :annoyed:

I'll get back with updates on my thingy soon.

Just an update::.. all the wires are where they should be now... Next up is adding a fairly normal body inside all of this. It'll be fun, I'm sure....

Do you already have the body built and are going to place him inside or do you now have the task of building a body to fit?

That is correct. But I've got the method all worked out. It is also supposed to "fall out" slightly inbetween the wire loops, sort of like how a soft pillow looks if one would tie a thin rope around it several turns really hard. I hope to make it =) If it gets anywhere near the idea sitting in the back of my head, it will be pretty interesting...
