This is a high poly medieval warrior that i am making for a personal project.
In this moment i am making the down part (legs, boots, etc..)

i think the hair can use some work other than that looks pretty good so far

Not sure what you have there, but the spec maps on the metal could use work... Try and find a contrast between some polished parts and dull parts, you may also want to experiment with some dents in the shoulder pieces.
Hair definately needs work, but texturing grids etc to produce hair takes a lot of practice... When creating the hair, also think about the possibility of animating it, if you use textured grids with transparency it can look like its all moving as one piece... so use some experimentation there too.

Your geometry is pretty good :) I would love to see you model each ring of the ring mail, but that could probably eat your computer... so I can suggest that you Enlarge your Texture maps and include sharper Detail... see if you can get help from people like Leigh (she's GOOOD at textureing).

The actual model looks pretty good but I agree with the others that you should take another look at the texturing. Expecially in the hair.

I like the untextured version better.
I think the texture kinda ruin the model, but if u fix it, I believe it will turn :buttrock:
