Cool! Hey, do you know if Cinepaint has the ability to display your brush size as your cursor? Like in Photoshop. This was the one lacking feature of Gimp that made it unuseable for production photo processing at my company.

Yeah they added the brush diameter to the cursor now. That really did make GIMP painful to work in, I don't see how they could have missed something like that in the first place. I'm just checking it out now, not sure if I like this or not yet... It's free though, so that's a good start. :D

I`ve using cinepaint(win) few times.It`s seems little bit unstable....

I haven't had any stability problems yet, but when I tried working in higher bit depth modes it seemed all color ops are broken. Also there is no icon in the tool window for the dodge/burn tool, you have to get it from the tool menu instead. Otherwise it seems pretty solid so far, though I haven't really done a lot with it yet. It's definetly worth checking out though. I can't say much about its niche, since I don't do film work, but if you have no money to buy Photoshop this is a better choice then GIMP at least. :thumbsup:
