Okay, well, there are probably a few reasons why you haven't got any crits on this. It's way too dark for a start. Hard to see much. Also, I'm not sure what you were going for here? Cartoony model or something a little more realistic?
You may want to lighten it up a little, or just light the scene. As for the model itself, it's a decent start, but there are areas that need to be looked at.
For instance, where his horns meet his head, it doesn't meet as one would imagine it would. I'd expect the skin of his head to wrap a little around the start of the horn for example.
His nostrils come across as very cartoony, as you can see there is no hole as such, it's effectively just a dent. Is this intentional?
If you're not sure where to go with him now, play around with it, increase his mouth size, try making it smaller, give him some creases and facial definition (put bags under his eyes, ridges or wrinkles on his snout, etc), in fact, change his snout. His ear has very little definition, his neck has none. His horn twists strangely at the last part. Try having him with an open mouth, model the inside of his mouth, that'll add much to it, and give it a lot more character.
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for this crit....it helps a loth..
I am gonna work on your points and then post it again:)
but with the "more definition"what do you mean?? more muscles?

No problem. Well, yeah, muscles, wrinkles, bags under his eyes, sagging skin, creases, etc. Could also be horns, scales, bone protrusions, skin growths, etc. Try and get some reference material of what it is you want to model and pick out the sort of details you'd like to add to your own model.
I suppose it all depends on what you want to do with it. If this is a cartoony model, well then it's probably got too much detail, if it's meant as more of an attempt at realism, it's not got anywhere near enough detail.
Plus, the blue colour doesn't help at all in showing it off. A few simple lights even would make things a lot clearer.
Good luck with the update!
