CGTalk - Water Drop Tutorial

I have been searching for about four hours now, and I still cant find any good tutorial for developing a water drop in Max. I tried doing it myself, cant find any solution though. Can someone give me some tips or perhaps a link to a decent tutorial? :)

I try to give out a prompt:
draw a sphere, and render with a background.
select material and map at reflect and refract. very like glass, so youi can get the water droplet

well, if it's animated you should look into Realflow.
