View Full Version : Nice free tool to help with collaboration
Cringer 04-29-2007, 02:28 AM Hi all,
I found this on the web:
http://todoist.com
It is very cool todo list - subprojects, color coding, simple markup and most importantly - FREE.
I have been using with my team at work for a week and it helps us keep track of things.

It asks for email - you can use mailinator (http://www.mailinator.com/) so you don't have to give your real email.
Enjoy,
Cringer

Yep, we just share a single account. Also have to remember to refresh browser since team member may have updated tasks but that has not been a problem.
Is fast to fill out tasks since has good keyboard shortcuts, e.g. shift-enter to add another task.

Can't wait to try it. I like the fact that it has a gmail integration as well.
Thanks for forwarding the link.
