Hi,
I downloaded SSS patch also the Source code of Blender and copy files from the patch into it. Whats next? I dont know how can I make it work.

Hi,

You will need to set up a compiling system for blender (if you haven't done so already), and use that to compile a binary of Blender which you can then use.
