Show wires! (preferably a screengrab of the viewport) instead of renders on black background. Gray works better since it's neutral and doesnt contrast with the subject.

From what I can see of your renders, the torso looks pretty square, more like a box with rounded edges than an actual torso. Nice job on the head.

Mon Calamari have more of a defined ridge in the center of their heads when it gets to the back, usually. It's not gigantic but it curves up a bit. Also, in your concept drawing the bump where the nose would usually be is closer to his mouth. I think your model should match that; it's closer to what they usually look like in the movies/other games/art/etc.
