Hi all,

It's been a really long time since I posted anything here.. so I figured I'd share something that I've been working on this week.

It's a werewolf :)

The original is 6000x6000. I'm painting this with the awesome new CS3 and a wacom tablet. I started with a pretty detailed pencil sketch.

Nice work so far with the fur! Do you just use custom brushes? Gonna have a moon in there somewhere? gj!

I think it's looking great, although I agree, a moon somewhere would really seal the deal.

Good so far ! I like the dynamism of the pose, and the foreshortening of the arm that really brings it towards the viewer. My only crits are that the gums and teeth are too bright/clean; and the snout a bit narrow where it joins the face. I wonder if you shortened it a bit, maybe only 1/2 pure wolf. The orientation of the eyes (forward vs to the sides) also brings a humanish quality to the face that I like.
