how about just using the panel filters
in one camera turn "show subDiv Surfaces" off and in the other camera turn of polys
If you want to do it with the same camera,
In one view panel... using the outliner, select just the SubDiv and go View -> Isosate Selected on the marking menu.
and do the same with the other view panel...
(using the outliner, select just the Poly Proxy and go View -> Isosate Selected)... and assign a shader to it too, so you can see it shaded
