i found some cool references right after i posted, but i was looking for improvements on this image this image is no longer milla its just some dude

i think you need to check out your edge loops and stuff. The corner of the mouth looks wrong, and you will want to add a bit more around the eys cos the area looks pretty flat. the nose looks alittle too big too i think.
check out www.3dtotal.com . theres a wicked tutorial on how to model a female head. you will be able to see what u can do with your mesh with this.
also , www.secondreality.ch you will find another cool tutorial, plus links to find out about edge loop theory.

im useing teh joan of arc tut, it rocks, iv done it 5 times :)

If I can make one suggestion is to start with a basic profile line - sort of like a sillhouette just as a reference point so you have something to work toward - if you work out the profile line first and it looks right then the rest of the model will be a darn sight easier to sort out. It is SERIOUSLY difficult to make a head model that looks exactly like someone and you may get unstuck with the refs you've got because you'll probably find that the features don't line up in the two views - if you're trying to follow them precisely for your modelling then you have to start making compromises where the two diverge.
