Hi all,
FBX export from Viz can be a little hit and miss, so i've installed the Polytrans plug for Max/Viz in hopes to export out a fact.
The export always fails however. Poyltrans support suggest that it's due to the origional geometry being imported from AutoCAD and due to the fine link between the two products, geometry is actually some sort of proxy object and not real polys as such. This seems a bit odd as all geometry lists as 'editable mesh'.
Anyone used this combo to get stuff into EIAS??
I'd love to be able to use EIAS for larger projects and the animations that we do in Viz.
