can you refrence with an exclusive merge? I've tried and it tells me

The relative matrix of the following link(s) do not match the one stored in the BindPose definition.
I was just wondering if there were settings i was not checking for either the import or the refrencing. If anyone can let me know if you can even do it that would be fantastic!! Thanks
