Not bad lil character - is it meant to be low poly? Its just that the textures look painted on the main part of the body like they would be in a game model rather than the detail being there in the original mesh.
The character design is pretty good though - makes me think of the game, Soul Calibur for what may be obvious reasons.

Looks good, but there needs to be antialiasing applied... right now!! :surprised
I like the character design, this looks low poly for some game... im curious for what game; it could almost be a replacement for the demon hunter in warcraft 3 (if you shrunk it down a bit and lowed the poly count) :D

Looking very good. Nice character design. The details on the torso musculature are quite good. The only thing I can really crit is that your textures are somewhat monochromatic. Now what I mean is, you have a good color scheme overall but each individual part of the texture is monochromatic. On the skin I think you could add more realism by adding more colors. Think about blood vessels showing through, and parts of the skin that are thinner. You could add warm colors to your highlights and cool colors to your shadows on just about everything. This will greatly improve the illusion of 3 dimensionality on your painted textures. Once again good job.

Thanks guys. Thanks for the Critique too. I need more color theory but i understand what you're saying about monocromatic.. i just dont know what colors to paint into the shadow areas and the sheeat... the complementary color? Like i said. i need to learn more color theory. Oh, and ya its a low poly character. I did him for my portfolio so i can get some work.

Are those steel shoes? You wouldn't want to get hit by that :D
