View Full Version : Undesirable Extrude Normal result ??

Hi,

most of the time, when i use extrude Group/Normal, the direction
of the extruded is unpredictable.

Is there a way to fix this ??
Is there a way to align the normal with.. says a grid plane ??

(I've tried to use "Edit Normal" modifier to fix each polygon's normal, but it takes too long, and doesn't seem to work either)

Hey "amos_chid" this problem will happend to you unless you use another extrude mode, cause your normals are unaligned for see what direction they take, you must to activate the check box of "show normals" and you'll find what direction they took.
