to me it seems as if you duplicated the car and now both of them are overlapping but I doubt that's it. Just see if u havnt accidentally duplicated/cloned the car.

Awhile ago in my Windows XP OS. I had a blue screen called the "bad pool caller"
I've learned that it had something to do with my Graphics driver.
Anyway..When that happened....My 3D app looked something like that when i ran scenes on it. It also crashed alot too
Try rolling back the driver for you're graphics card. When my computer was facing the constant blue screen. I'd rolled back my driver to make my 3D app run better. Now that i done a full format the graphic card errors are all gone and everything is normal.
Now i'm not saying that you have graphic card errors. Just that looks exactly what i used to see when i had the Bad Pool Caller screens.
And if other scenes look alright.....Then try a heavy scene....and if that looks normal too..then i guess i typed too much.
