Hey All,
I realize most of you are happy, legal users of CINEMA 4D, and you can disregard this message.
To those that are considering purchasing CINEMA 4D from a third-party (not MAXON direct or a MAXON authorized reseller) - I want to caution you that there are some apparently illegitimate copies floating around on sites like eBay.
To help protect all parties in a 3rd-party sale and facilitate license transfers resulting from these sales, we've created a license transfer form (http://www.maxoncomputer.com/pub/forms/LicenseTransfer.pdf). I recommend that any sellers use this prior to offering their product for sale, and that buyers ask for it prior to purchase. We're happy to confirm for buyers that license transfer forms are legitimate and the software in question is fully transferrable and upgradable.
