Hi everybody!:)
Last week I spent my time to write this script, `ARMSETUP.mel` made for create automatically different types of arm setup: IK-FK switch, stretch, bending (or clustered)... with a lot of options avaliable...
This script is already in a testing version, and I know it's full of little problems that I hope to solve as soon as possible..

here, there are some videos demo of the use of the scripts:
