They say,that is "hard" perspective,not a relaxed...

Saying it is not recommanded is a wrong statement.
Showing one vanishing point creates a tense mood, because lines are converging to it. It creates unrest, but if that's what you're after, then it is recommended. The dynamic of it is very valuable. Keeping a vanishing point on frame can also lead the eye to your center of interrest.
Now, not showing any VP creates the opposite feeling: peace, balance, rest... That's because everything looks grounded and not "sinking" into a point in the frame.
