How much will Zbrush 3 be?

The current price of ZBrush is $489. If you bought it now, you'll get version 3 for free (as will all registered owners of ZBrush). I don't know whether or not Pixiologic will increase the price for version 3. They did increase the price from version 1.55 to version 2, so they might. Whatever, if you are thinking of buying you gain nothing by waiting.

Happy for you , but...you can get an instant DL direct from Pxologic for the same price...sans box but what difference does that really make except to take up shelf space.

I'm sorry your experiences weren't as good as mine have been. I've placed a few orders in the past with them because they were the best deal around. Yeah no doubt, direct download is definetly instant gratification! I hate waiting on the mail system. My last kurv studios order (ZBrush) was considerably cheaper than Pixologic's DL, plus, came with a free gift. I don't want to give exact details in case it's a one-off or expired special, but I've always talked/emailed directly with Wes and he's always offered me a deal I couldn't refuse.
