Title: Margarita Time
Name: Michael Breathes
Country: United States
Software: 3ds max, mental ray, Photoshop

"Margarita Time"...what can I say? summer won't get here quick enough.
I finally had time for a personal project and this is it.
Most of the materials incorporate mrA&D materials, and it is lit by a mrAreaSpot from outside the window, with 2 mrAreaOmni's inside helping to fill.
Z-Depth pass rendered off seperately to composite the depth-of-field blur in Photoshop.

Very nice render and great models. One little C&C might be that the chopped lime doesn't look juicy enough. You could either put some specular on the model or just a few touch up highlights in photoshop would do just as well. Still Very nice though

:EDIT: oh and maybe just a bit of lime juice on the chopping board and knife might give a much greater realistic feel.

Thanks!
@Stinger88 - the lime juice is a good idea...I hadn't considered that. I should've cut up a few limes to observe. I think I'll add that.
