Hi,
Im new to this forums and Im also a 6 months beginner to 3D world/Maya
I've been over and over, and over.. to do interior lighting with GI and FG with mentalray in order to acheive results like this :

But I never succeed. I asked alot of questions in other forum but none seem to want/be able to answer.
So I started a new scene and tried to light it up with a kind of 'natural light'. But I just cant understand how to set my light/render settings to fit the scene dimension.
Here's a few screenshot of my scene and I'm wondering if you guys could help me to acheive a realistic (at least acceptable) interior lighting.
1- Render settings + scene :
