I decided to look to the classics (note the gloves). My concept sketch: Washed-up Willie, the out-of-work (homeless?) silent film star.


We'll see how far I get --- I am busy working on (oddly enough) a website. To host contests. Like this one. *Watches irony build*

Excellent. I am looking forward to progress. I am still thinking of what to do. Hey do you have a link to your site?

I have not even come up with a concept yet.

The site is meetsoup.com --- but it's just entering into the testing phase this week, so it still requires a super-secret password.

But not THAT secret. If you'd like to help test, I can PM you (or anyone else willing to lend a hand in zer testing) with it. I won't go in to more detail a the moment, as it isn't (yet) graphics related.

On Willie, I am concered with his whisker/sideburn things. I can't figure out exactly where they attach and what direction they go. Cartoon references seem to have them shifting around a good deal...

Um, here are the wires as of this moment. It's a bit of a mess. I may begin again. Those durn whisker-sideburn hoo-hahs change the flow of things, and it may take a few tries to get it right.

Critiques?

Good start I plan on doig soemthign different now I do not liek myentry so much.
