hello all,
i'm working on a character's hand...i've modelled the hand anatomycally correct...now the major challenge for me is to RIG/SKIN the hand with proper deformation...something like real humans or atleast toons...i've made the bone setup properly but what happens is when i skin it...and adjust the envlops, the fingers dont deform properly, specially the THUMB...as its a complex deformation its not possible to indivisually add "joint angle deformers" to each finger.....SO..is there any good way to rig it so that it looks OK in animation.....
plz..help me out there..
also tell me how much resolution should i keep for the hand..
Akash..!!
