Well, hot of the presses... Rafi sent me an e-mail today with the curriculum for the Post NAB training. It is not going to be strickly about MoGraph the module, but rather the feild of Motion Graphics with an emphasis on MoGraph only on the second day. Is this the first announcement Maxon has made about the training? If it is, I wish they had given some advanced notice. If they're planning to offer any future hands on training, I definitely want to get on that mailing list.

Yeah, there wasn't really a formal announcement, I just got an e-mail from Rafi about it and asked my boss. I wold say drop her a line and she'll keep you in the loop on future trainings.

I think it wasn't a big announcement as its pretty limited seating for this specific one.

I hope this is th start of something new for maxon though, we may see more of these master classes at other tradeshows down the road and such.

Yeah, I agree with the reasoning behind not making a big announcement, and I too hope that this is just the start of a promising new trend.

I have to say though I really, really like the small class-size. This one was limited to 15 people, and I think I was number 11 to sign up. If Maxon does expand this initiative I hope they continue to keep the student/instructor ratio low.

I am going to do a write-up on the class for the May issue of the 3D Attack Magazine, so anyone who may be on the fence will have a better idea of what to expect next time around.

Cheers!
