Just saw this movie last night, was pretty good, but really random and wierd. Wasnt really scary at all though, which was disapointing. I liked the special effects though, they were pretty nice.

I created a similar system which allows me to plant 10000 trees in a matter of seconds based on a gray-scale distribution map (overhead bitmap). Creativity with particles can do a lot.

Haven't seen the movie yet and was never actually planning on it (I only saw 1 ad and that was a few days ago). But, I might actually go see it, the animation has got me intrigued.
