It might be because the objects are intersecting. You could try making it one object or place them onto eachother instead of intersecting.

R U using a Depth Mapped shadow on this Light??
Looks Like shadow map artifacts to me.... yet....
after another look the shadow of the window is softer on the ground than on the Box...
wich leads me to think you're using raytraced shadows...
also Lighting this scene with only 1 light... it looks like you're using GI...
In this case I thinks it's the photons that's leaking not the light...
try this...
Disable GI to make sure it's the GI that's leaking not the light, if true...
Enable the GI again and refine it...
try increasing the no of photons (this will increase the render time, too, it's normal though that in some situations you'll be using a 1,000,000 photons),
If I recall correctly there's also an attribute called accuracy in the GI settings in the render options... you might want to increase that... (comes also at the cost of render time)...
Need other solution, that won't eat up more render time...
Try making the wall thicker... or adding a Cube at each corner that has Light leaking (thicker than the wall) Turn of it's primary visibility and shadow casting.
this will help you get rid of the light leaking (if it's a photon issue)
if you're using shadow map... start with tweaking the Bias (it will shift the shadows a little bit and might)... next increase the shadow map resolution...
But I bet you're not using "Shadow maps" anyway, am I correct??
I don't use GI alot, mayB some1 else can help U more with this, if it's a GI Problem,
Hope this helps anyway :)

To MinaRagaie:Thx for ur advice.Im using a GI light cast photons and also caculating with FG.The problem fixed with Rens suggestion, intersect geo would get that fuction. Thanks anyway :)

Glad it worked.
Though MinaRagaie's GI solution could've worked just as well... I've had this problem before caused by a low GI setting. Something to keep in mind if it were to happen again. ;)
