hey guys !

my animation is ready for showing you i think !
i'm pretty glad with the result, because is was the first time animating and coordinating bigger things ...

why i did it :
its a short film to get into a school for 3d-animation, the only guideline for this project was the title : BUGS

my intention for this project:
the double meaning of bugs as insects and bugs as software malfunction

i hope you like it ...

crits & coms heavily wanted !!!

There is something funky with the file. Canīt find the codec used for image compression... I can only hear the soundtrack.

Tell us what codec is used, or rather, please recompress it with some more wellknown codecīand upload it again. It doesnīt seem like anyone have been able to view this.

ups sorry, i compressed it with adobe premiere's mpg codec, think it's a kind of a vcd codec

but here is the file with divx4 v2, which is in the tsunami filter pack i think

have fun ...

hehe cool, that worked better

Well, risking to be somewhat rough; Modeling looks OK, but I think you need to do some major work on the texturing there, and the whole thing is a little slow, I think. The spiders move OK, but the animation of the camera appears dull. Maybe you should "cut it up" a little and shorten it down.

Since this is an application for a school, this might do, though.

Like the retrostylee on the displays :)

Jee... I think especially in the beginning, but you could probably make the whole thing quicker.

What I guess you want to show off here is the spiders, and preferably the spiders in motion... and it takes a little too long before it gets there.

Do as you please... and good luck with the application :)
