the fire on the sword is ilumating only the nose.....if you made that fire the main lighting source it would be great (in my opinion),you could make the scene a bit darker ..so it would be much more..........dramatic (canīt find the word-but u got my idea),anyway...i think the drawing is excelent but itīs too blurry

Great picture! It's in my "inspirations" directory now. :buttrock:

I like everything about it. I do have a question, though. Is there a reason why the main character (hero?) has 3 human fingers and a thumb when his opponent has 4 fingers and a thumb and claws? This is confusing as they all seem to be of the same general species.

Great piece, none the less. Thanks for sharing it!

Lovely style!!!
Reminds me a lot of the style of a turn-of-the-century watercolor artist called 'Edmund Dulac' (who in turn is a bit like Arthur Rackham) but definitely got the 'Frazzetta' feel also....Nice to see this technique applied to a more cartoon-style...

Great illustration!!!

One thing that is bugging me is that I can't see any legs or anything on the hero. Is he just floating there or what?

Why are you uploading such a crappy and compressed picture. It's awesome but in this quality it simply sucks, I wanna see the full piece not compressed up till you can hardly see anything :p

A very nice design; of particular note is the background castle which I think is a nice touch.
