This part was confusing . . .

You will have to model some cool rims and simple brake discs + brake calipers. You can put your own brake discs and calipers if you want, or you can just model some simple ones (the quality of that will not affect this contest). But you will have to model some decent rims (model some existing rims or design your own). How detailed your rims are doesn't matter much, but they have to have style and need to be well modeled (this will affect your points).

I'd try to refine it to 1-2 sentances like . . .
"Rims, brake calipers, and disk brakes must be modeled; you can use an existing design or design your own."

It's also generally wise to put something in there about rights to the work created (you have something about the model provided), such as "Artists retains full rights" or "Artist grants 3DM usage of the winning images for the purpose of promoting future contests." It looks like this is mostly a friendly contest that's not one of those "speculative work" things, but it's generally good to have something in there so that people don't have to wonder if they missed the fine print.
