This is ColdSide Digital's new logo for 2007. It may be rather simple, but I like it. The music is only temporary, and will be changed accroding to what projects it is used on.

Here it is:

I apologise for the YouTube link, my server is down.

Software Used:
3Ds Max 8
After Effects 7.0 Pro

Any comments, suggestions or questions appreciated.

Enjoy,

Daniel Dye,
ColdSide Digital

Hi, i myself am not keen on firstly the font something about it doesnt look pleasing, and the colouring used for the font i do not like the way it changes colour it maybe the compression of youtube but it makes it look a bit cheap without offending.

I like the way the particles come together but the overall feel is not there yet i think a change of font, music, colouring and lighting would make it alot better. I like the colouring in the particles but not in the font itself where it changes. I am not bashing your work just my opinion and since no one else commented thought i would give my comments on what i felt. :)

Thank you leecobra. Yes youtube has greatly reduced the overall visual quality of the animation, and it certainly looks better at full res.

Here are some ful res images:

Your comments have been much appreciated.

I Really like the particle effect, and I really hate the sound that goes with it. Great visual, but the audio sounds like a cat found a casio or somthing. Good job :D.
