Title: The Duelist
Name: Juan Puerta
Country: Spain
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay
This image was created from a character design made by a friend, the character was a bit dark so I decided to give some of Tim Burtomīs style to the image. It was made with 3ds Max, Vray and photoshop.

The job seems good, but I don't like this theme!
I really DO like this theme. The more killings the better.
Guns for everyone! Even for cartoon-characters.
very nice job...nice mood

really like the colors and style you went with i would only suggest to play down the lights on the stairs because they keep drawing my eye to them, cloe your eyes in front of the piece and open them and see where your eye is attracted at a glance, you'll see the stairs keep grabbing the attention. just darken the stairs a bit so the focus is the character on the foreground and the guy he shot

I really like this piece. It has a very Tim Burton feel about it.
One thing you could work on though, is adding a bit more detail to the stairs..they look too simple compared to the other elements in the scene. Add some dirt maps or something and that should do the trick.
Good job!

I really like the mood that you have in this image. Great work. The lighting, color and texture is very well done.
