Hi guys. There are multiple characters in my scene having hairs. Clearly I want to have my caches in separated folders to keep things clear. Thus I create corresponding folders first and point the cache file to the right folder, instead of the "data" folder of the project.
The problem comes when I keep testing on different simulations. Using "delete cache" and then "create cache" will delete the node and create a new one which points to the default "data" folder again. And I can't figure out how "append to cache" together with "truncate cache" work while it could keep my modified cache node.
How do you do that ? Couldn't find any post mentioning this. :sad:
