Title: Mitsubishi A6M "Zero"
Name: Marcos Busta
Country: Spain
Software: Photoshop
Carried out entirely with photoshop cs, and Wacom A5. Time of approximate work, 30 hours and 25 layers. Only they have been used as photographic reference, the rusty parts and the impact of the bullets, although they have not been included in any layer. The whole illustration was carried out by hand.

nicely done. It's a bit to shiney for my taste. i think it should look more satin or flat. I believe we would be able to see something of the right landing gear as well, but then my stuff isn't this cleanly done..

Looks pretty good, but it would benefit from some good reference plans for accuracy, particularly in the tail area.

Yes, it's definitely too glossy (for a non-natural-metal paint scheme, that is).

Hi mbusta
I like your profile illustration although it does looks too shiny and glossy.
There are certainly some accuracy issues with the shape of your Zero. It looks like you've tried to create a profile illustration of the A6M5 Zero in trainer scheme. Couple of other accuracy issues is the bottom of the aircraft should be orange and the landing gear legs. Propellor should be brown.
If in future you do more profile work there are plenty of good (and some not so good) blueprints at this Site (http://www.airwar.ru/other/drawe.html) including the zero.

Thanks Kevjon.
Just a trainer Zero, from Genzan Kokutai, in Wonsan (Korea)
well, I like to do paint and to draw, and it does not matter for me if the illustration is or not exact.
I like more the details of the oxide and of the impacts of bullet than other aspects. Thank you for the references, very good the links.
