I would like to suggest his right arm, that is a bit arkward. The elbow is too straight (in visual) so it show no weight of the fat woman. And the armpit area, the deformation is arkward too.

One question about the fat woman, why her clothing is just texture mapped? Well I think if you can do details on the thin man, you can pay the same effort to model the fat woman with good clothing.
