People seem slow to respond lately.
It looks more like a house than a castle. Is this intentional?

when i think of castles, i tend to think lots of rough cut bricks.....a lot taller, lose the huge shutters! ;) other than that, it's more than i can do
seems to me like a "new style" castle then the ordinary castles we all got in mind :)
this looks to new to be a castle :D try an other texture for the walls and make it bigger :)
also the roof isnt quite castle style. its more "white house style" :)
try to make a real roof with.
but if you tend to change it into a modern house or something like this, it surely looks nice now.

A bigger rendering would be great, because it looks quite nice.

OK, you are right, that’s not really a castle, maybe a small Palace !!!
It is a small “Palace” in Potsdam / Germany, I attached the original picture.
The texturing and lightning needs to be improved, the textures must be really dirty and the lightning needs to be brighter.
There must be a water leak near the gutter (is gutter the right word ?)
The grass (saslite) is also to clean, would be alright for a visualisation of a golf course, maybe I should model a few flowers (detail detail detail).
The model needs more detail too.
Thanks for your help, I will post the final image someday, are there any picture where you can say final ???

The slanted bottom of your's looks too slanted..Maybe slant the cornets and the wall a little less slanted
