View Full Version : quick wrap question
Gemini 03-07-2003, 09:50 PM i am in the process of making a wrap deformer for my nurbs patch model. i have cut up the poly wrap into head, feet, body and hands. does the whole poly mesh have to be aligned together(i.e. all edges creating a flowing mesh between pieces). would love to hear what you think. thanks

i dont think it needs to be, but for weighting to the skelaton it would probably help,
i think as long as all verticies are weighted to a deformer, the actual precision of the wrap deformer geometry isnt important. you can make adjustments to compensate with the "max distance" option
