View Full Version : Getting raytrace to reflect the environment?

Raytraced reflection doesn't seem to take my environment skybox into account, am I missing something? I'm trying to make a glass shader, but I keep banging my head against the wall.

Howdy !

i'd say that it might either come from your glass shader or from your environement settings.
Might sound little dumb but have you set a relfection value for your glass shader ? If you're using a skybox it won't be a problem of environement settings, so i guess it might come from the glass.

done a couple quick tests and everything is reflecting well here...
could you post your shader's settings ?
