Hello I have been working on this model for four days between work and school. THis is where I am at right now. What do you think?? Still needs alot more detail in the torso, and some on the legs/feet, but the arms are just about done. Let me know what you think. THanks,
Brian

The toes look really useless right now because it appears the pads of the feet are taking all the weight. Depending on how you want it to look you could either remove the toes entirely, or shrink the pads and give more emphasis on the toes.

Lots of rocket nozzles. Looks like it would use a lot of fuel. Fuel that would be stored where...??

Brian -

This is looking really good. I love all of the details. Although their is a few slight design issues as others have pointed out. The feet would work really well on ice, but that's about it - in sand they would be good for backyard leaf raking projects;)

I can't wait to see what live action background you intergrate this into, if that's what you made it for, and knowing you, I'm sure you did:thumbsup:

I don't know how you find the time to do so much quality work inbetween working full time and school, but it's good to see!

Let me frist start off by saying you have amazing skills......Just a few hours a day for 4 days......well done......Love the intricate detail on the arms and guns.........the only problem i have with it is from the back view there looks to me like the shoulders and torso are only connected by the rocket mount plate and you have no rocket engines that can be see......only the cones where the fire comes out of........try to fill out the stomach cavity more or even close it off some........and you also have two different models pictured there.....the only difference is the rocket booster on the bottom....one shows 4 rockets.....the one under it only shows one big one....and maybe throw in some hydraulics to each of the toes so that they can be raised when the leg is raised....to me right now the toes look like they can just flop down when its walking and then be stepped on when the foot comes down....needless to say you have an awesome start and i cant wait to see it done.....keep it up

Thanks for all of the replies! Thanks for the C and C to. Like you have posted, I still need to make tons of changes and stuff. Just started the model though. I will try to fix the issues that you all have pointed out in the next few days, because I didn't spend to much time thinking about design issues, kinda thought of it as I went along, now I have to figure out what to do about the Rocket engines. Thanks for pointing it out, didn't even think about it. I will post an update later on tonight. THanks guys!

Btw, its the same model, but because if the angle of the shot, the leg covers up the difference in the nozzels, making it look like one big one. (oops)

here is a slight update, I took out the back thrusters and I am adding a fuel tank back there. Added a couple of odds and ends. THanks,
Brian
