It needs more refinement. Study more anatomy.
It looks rushed.
The textures look smeary and undefined.

Hmmmm, the style is good, but the lighting isn't helping much. It's too bright right now, so it's kinda hard to offer a better comment....
But from what I can see, it looks good :) You might want to take a look at the nose though....it seems too wide :)

I would say add wrinkels
now he just looks like a fat 25 year old
I also think his eyes are to big. oh and there is something wrong whit his mouth too, like its stretched or somethin' (?)
If you work on all of that I think it could be a very nice "old man" model

I don't have a lot of time, so here is a rather quick and rough critique. Please take it in the form of helpful suggestions.
The eyes are too wide and wrap around the side of the head.
The ears need to be closer in toward the head.
The nose looks a little strange as well. Too wide, with no sagging do to gravity.
