well maybe a stupid question but i wonder:

after finishing all the modeling jobs for the scene what mode should the objects woulb be converted into, because in some cases i saw that it was faster leaving a long modifier stack as is, than converting - collapsing it into editable mesh. what do you suggest for less ram costing models.

i know that nurbs modeling technique gives great control but it is slower than any other - am i right?
