Hi everyone.

Can anybody help me?
I have a problem with glass shadow. I was using vray and I don`t
know how get rid of unnatural shadow under the glass.

I can attached the scene if you need it.

do you turn on "Affect Shadow" in your material?

Yes I did but is`t not the problem in this. I think the
problem is in model or lights.

Perhaps the scene will help.

The problem is you used Light Cache for both engine in Indirect Illumination. Change the first GI engine to Irradiance map then everything will be fine.

could someone explain WHY the irradiance map solved the problem? I think its better to learn why then just what button to click.

it is because irradiance maps render more details than the light cache does. So switching the first bounce engine to irradiance map will render a better shadow.

same thing apply to vray light material. if the render is very blotchy near the light material, higher irradiance map settings will solve the problem.
