Hey, can someone please help! Ok, I have this scene of a hallway. The walls of the scene are a layered shader. It all renders looking great. But, if I add a glow to ANY of the shaders in the scene, under special effects, then the layered shader that is on the walls of my scene screws up. For some reason the walls Glow, even though I didnt turn on the glow property within the wall shader, if any shader in the scene has a glow, then the walls glow also, and it looks awful, because the walls glow a bright white which washes out any of the color that was there previously. What is happening? Why does this only happen to the layered shader? Someone must know.

Maybe you copied one of your shaders in the layer shader as copy with connection to network. I would suggest you to check your shader connections in the hypershade. See if there's somthing linked to something it shouldn't be linked to.

Hope this helps you.
