If you want to be spot on with that picture you might want to narrow the majority of the nose width and make the eyes and mouth a taaaad bit smaller. Other than that, awesome likeness!

I was thinking that the model must look like Sylvester Stallone as he looked in the John Rambo film, so maybe I'll make some changes.
